The COVID 19 pandemic has been an extremely difficult time for our clients, but Carla Walden and her team at Communication A to Z has done everything they could to make this difficult time palatable for our homes. She provided our home iPads so she and her staff could visit with the clients each week on Zoom. Every month she brought activities including various crafts to keep them busy during the "stay home" order. Carla and her team provided training via "Zoom," handouts, and meetings near the homes to keep our CEU's up to date. She even did outdoor "Nonviolent Crisis Intervention" and "CPR" classes to keep us compliant. She completes our reports, attends our meetings, and works with us should any issue arise with licensing or the regional center, including writing program designs for our higher-level homes.

Carla's strengths are new program development, training and developing behavioral and communication programs. Her background and her training lend themselves to this very well.
